Il mercato si prepara ad accogliere la nuova Bentley Flying Spur. L’auto, presentata alla fine dello scorso anno e che ha già ottenuto tanti riconoscimenti, tra cui quello di auto di lusso dell’anno, arriverà a stretto giro in Gran Bretagna e in Europa. Successivamente, verrà esportata anche nei mercati orientali, Nord America e Asia.
Questa terza generazione presenta una tecnologia all’avanguardia: i sistemi di assistenza alla guida includono una telecamera a infrarossi per la visione di notte, Traffic Assit, Blind Sport Warning e una display head-up. C’è anche l’hotspot Wi-Fi. L’auto è dotata del sistema a quattro ruote sterzanti elettronico (prima volta su una Bentley), combinato con la trazione integrale attiva e il Bentley Dynamic Ride, il primo sistema antirollio elettrico a 48 V al mondo. Il motore che alimenta la Bentley è un aggiornato W12 da 6,0 litri a doppio turbocompressore, abbinata a un avanzato cambio a otto marce a doppia frizione per cambi di marcia più veloci e fluidi. Garantisce un’accelerazione da 0 a 100 in soli 3,7 secondi e ha una velocità massima.
