A partire dal prossimo 1° gennaio torneranno gli incentivi auto 2024 per l’acquisto agevolato di auto elettriche, ibride e anche endotermiche

Nel 2024, il settore automobilistico italiano vedrà l’introduzione di nuovi incentivi statali. Questi incentivi auto 2024, pensati per promuovere l’acquisto di veicoli a basse emissioni, sia endotermici (diesel, benzina, ibridi) sia elettrici e plug-in, vogliono rappresentare un passo fondamentale verso una mobilità più sostenibile. Tuttavia c’è da considerare che l’introduzione di questi incentivi segue un periodo di minore entusiasmo per gli incentivi alle auto elettriche e plug-in, che ancora non conquistano il cuore degli automobilisti italiani. E non è un caso che nel 2024 il maggior quantitativo di fondi sia distribuito proprio a questi veicoli meno inquinanti. Non è un caso per due ragioni: la prima è che tali incentivi nascono per favorire l’acquisto dei mezzi puliti. La seconda è che sono anche i meno richiesti e quindi c’è bisogno di più stimolo o, per l’appunto, incentivo.
INCENTIVI AUTO 2024 PIÙ PER ELETTRICHE E IBRIDE, MA NON PUÒ ESSERE ALTRIMENTI
Questi incentivi sono infatti focalizzati soprattutto sulle auto elettriche e ibride plug-in e sono progettati per stimolare l’acquisto di veicoli a basso impatto ambientale, con emissioni fino a 60 g/km di CO2. L’obiettivo principale è promuovere una mobilità più sostenibile attraverso un sistema di incentivi suddivisi in diverse fasce di emissioni, come avvenuto già negli anni precedenti. Nel 2023, l’esito di questi finanziamenti è stato noto a tutti: i soldi messi a disposizione per le auto endotermiche sono andati subito a ruba, quelli per i mezzi puliti hanno fatto molta, ma molta più fatica.
Però le lamentele degli automobilisti rischiano di trovare poco spazio o scarsa attendibilità se si parla di un incentivo nato proprio per la seconda tipologia di veicoli.
Gli incentivi auto 2024, forse ancora di più di quelli lanciati nel 2023, sono parte di una strategia del governo e si focalizzano su due obiettivi principali: il primo è il rinnovo del parco auto circolante attraverso la promozione di veicoli con emissioni di CO2 inferiori a 135 g/km, accompagnato dalla rottamazione di veicoli più inquinanti, come quelli con emissioni superiori alla classe Euro 4. Il secondo obiettivo è quello di incoraggiare la produzione e l’acquisto di auto elettriche e ibride, con un interesse particolare verso veicoli che riducono significativamente l’impatto ambientale.
APPLICAZIONE DELL’ECOBONUS 2024 E DISTRIBUZIONE DEI FONDI PER GLI INCENTIVI
L’Ecobonus 2024 si applicherà a tutti i contratti d’acquisto firmati dal 1° gennaio al 31 dicembre 2024, fino all’esaurimento dei fondi disponibili.
Gli incentivi auto 2024 diventano operativi dal 1° gennaio, con i concessionari autorizzati a inserire le prenotazioni sulla piattaforma dell’Ecobonus nei primi giorni dell’anno. Per ottenere l’incentivo, è necessario che l’auto sia immatricolata entro 180 giorni dalla firma del contratto. Le auto “chilometro zero” o quelle precedentemente immatricolate all’estero sono escluse.
Questo incentivo è particolarmente significativo per i veicoli con emissioni comprese tra 61 e 135 g/km di CO2, per i quali sono stati stanziati 120 milioni di euro. Si prevede che questi fondi saranno rapidamente utilizzati, considerando il rapido esaurimento dei fondi nel 2023, che hanno beneficiato circa 75 mila acquirenti.
Il budget totale previsto per gli incentivi auto nel 2024 è di 570 milioni di euro. Questa somma è distribuita con l’intento di favorire l’acquisto di veicoli in diverse fasce di emissioni di anidride carbonica. La distribuzione dei fondi riflette un cambio di strategia, con un aumento dei finanziamenti per le fasce di emissioni meno popolari e meno accessibili alla maggior parte della popolazione, mentre la fascia più attesa e richiesta subisce una diminuzione di 30 milioni. L’obiettivo è incoraggiare le famiglie italiane a investire in auto meno inquinanti, nonostante gli ostacoli economici. . . .
